On Saturday, Feb.8 we had our second meeting of the year. Joan
Tayler , co-founder of our Guild, gave a great demo of Tina Holden’s crackle tutorial.
With Tina’s permission members present had purchased Tina’s tutorial ,unique as many readily available items are used with the clay to get this crackle effect.
Joan had prepared many different tiles for individual members to practice with the different crackle ingredients. It was fun to see the different crackle size and effects depending on the ingredients used.
It was a fun clay play day for those in attendance. Thanks to Tina for allowing us to use her tutorial in this Guild group and to Joan for all the time and effort she put into presenting the demo.
