Goodbye to 2013 and a big HELLO to 2014
The past year has been an active one for our Guild with our biennial
Horizons retreat and our first group show at a gallery. Both were well attended
and successful thanks to the many volunteers and attendees from both our Guild
and the Vancouver Island Guild.
Now is the time to look ahead to an even better year. Although there is
no retreat in Vancouver this year we hope to have more interesting demos and
mini workshops on a regular basis at our monthly meetings. Meetings have been
reduced to a brief business meeting (usually ½ hour) and the rest of the time
spent claying. At present our meetings are held the second Saturday of each
month from 10 AM to 3 PM , and sometimes later. Tea and coffee are served but
bring a lunch if desired. Any changes to our regular meeting schedule will be
posted here when I am advised.
